Nitya Sharma Design Studio-Architects is an architectural design and development firm, founded by Ar. Nitya Sharma and Nitish Sewariya. We, at NSDS architects believe that architecture is a blend of all the elements that separately comprise and develops the character of a building: the structure that holds it up; the services that allow it to function; its ecology; the quality of natural light and ventilation; the symbolism of the form; the relationship of the building to the skyline or the streetscape; the way you move through or around it; and last but not the least its ability to lift the spirits. At NSDS architects every project is unique while keeping the ideology same. The designs are a blend of project requirements and innovation pushing boundaries at every step. Currently NSDS architects is working in both the private and commercial sector, with an array of projects, ranging from residential villas, apartments, industrial offices, resorts, restaurants and boutique stays.

One of the most significant lessons I learned from Architect Raj Agarwal was the importance of thorough research and analysis in the initial stages of a project. Nitya Sharma
Nitya Sharma is an architect, artist, designer, writer, entrepreneur and former senior architect at Raj Agarwal & Associates. She is the co-founder and Principal Architect at Nitya Sharma Design Studio-architects (NSDS-architects).
Guided by her natural instinct of creativity and design, she decided to pursue her childhood hobby into her career and enrolled into B.Arch in Jaipur after completing ISC from Kolkata. She had been sensitive towards the environment and psychological needs of humans thus focusing on aspects in built form and spaces which affects these.
At Raj Agarwal & Associates she further honed her architectural skills in designing and planning. She soon grew and became project architect for several large scale projects like Amisted, Kolkata (B+G+XVIII storied towers) and worked on elevation designs of almost all the projects of that time.
Later in 2019, she shifted to Udaipur, Rajasthan and laid the foundation of her architectural firm Nitya Sharma Design Studio-Architects (NSDS-Architects) along with her partner and co-founder Mr. Nitish Sewariya. Here, she aims to design and develop homes and commercial spaces which are climate responsive and are sustainable, exploring different materials and forms on her journey of designing every new project. She believes that every site is unique and it is the site that determines its own planning and designing, evolving and developing itself at each stage. Thus her designs are site responsive, making the most of each location and available resources.

Nitish Sewariya
Nitish Sewariya is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and former ZM with GO-MMT (GoIbibo.com – MakeMyTrip.com). He is the co-founder at NSDS - architects and co-founder at AccommodationBee.
In his former profession in large ecommerce travel industry he travelled India extensively consulting major hotels. During his travels he was greatly influenced by the built spaces and designs of the large scale hospitality projects and places he travelled to. Thus he developed a connection with the psychological influences and architectural expression of a building. He then decided to further explore his interests with his partner and co-founder at NSDS - architects, Ar. Nitya Sharma.
At NSDS-architects, he is directly involved in every project enriching it at all the stages with his nation-wide experience. He is always thinking out of the box and comes up with unexpected solutions to client problems. When faced with complex challenges during the project execution stage, he uses his creativity and precision as a tool to achieve desirable and satisfactory outcomes quite naturally.
